How to make it

  • saute hamburger..with 2 tbl creole seasoning
  • add onion and cook till onion is clear
  • drainexcess oil
  • add string beans,corn,okra ,mushrooms,and 1/4 cup water
  • simmer till beans are soft
  • put the mixture in a baking dish
  • put potatoes in a icing bag and squeeze onto the mixture
  • covering completly
  • sprinkle paprika over top and dot with butter
  • bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour
