A quick and easy tasty use for leftover turkey.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1/8 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/8 cup raisins
  • pepper to taste
  • Dark green or red leaf lettuce
  • Pumpernickel bread - 2 slices, toasted

Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and chill.
  2. Serve on pumpernickel toast with lettuce, 1 slice per person.
