Turkey kielbasa dish unlike any other kielbasa I have ever had. I went with the turkey to make it a bit healthier, and avoided the scoops of brown sugar alot of people use to flavor it up.

Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • 3/4 of a white onion sliced and about an 1/8th chopped finely
  • Couple scoops minced garlic
  • Tbsp Honey Dijon Mustard
  • Tbsp or so of honey
  • Handful or so of Jarred Jalepenos (Milder pepper if you want it less spicy)
  • About a 1/3 bottle of Negro Modelo (another dark beer would prob work fine)
  • Chili Powder, Cayene pepper, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, basil, paprika, parsley....All to taste

Directions
  1. Large pan or skillet
  2. Heat up pan and add olive oil, some of the beer, garlic, and the finely chopped onions
  3. Once its sizzling add onions and jalepenos, stir it up a bit.
  4. Add in kielbasa, cook and stir for a minute or so on high
  5. Turn to med/high and begin to add rest of the beer and the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Cook until kielbasa is done and the sauce is reduced
  7. I like it with spanish rice!!
