A simple way to serve salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg 1.75 lbs wild alaskan salmon (from wal-mart)
  • 2 tsp real butter
  • oldbay seasoning
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. wash salmon
  2. melt butter
  3. paint salmon w/butter place on primed grill about 5 min on either side until done
  4. while grilling season with spices.
  5. serves well with wild rice
