Ingredients
  • 10 oz Penne Rigate Noodles
  • Basil to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Kosher Salt a pinch
  • Coarse ground pepper to taste
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1lb Italian Sausage
  • 1lb of shredded cheese of choice
  • Olive oil
  • 1 ½ jars of your choice spaghetti sauce

Directions
  1. To start cook up the pork and hamburger until brown.
  2. add in basil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper about half way though the browning process.
  3. Stir though out the browning/cooking progress.
  4. I would suggest starting the noodles around the same time as you start the meat.
  5. Bring water to boil and throw in the noodles for about 15 mins. or so or until soft.
  6. Drain and rinse.
  7. After noodles are rinsed bathe lightly with olive oil and stir in some more basil.
  8. Next, in a casserole dish, spread out a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  9. sprinkle a thin layer of cheese on top of the sauce, followed by some of the meat.
  10. topped evenly with half of the noodles, and some more of the sauce.
  11. For the next layer repeat the above but go with half of the meat that’s left and half the cheese and the rest of the noodles
  12. For the top layer
  13. The rest of the meat followed by sauce toped with the remainder of the cheese.
  14. Place in 375 degree oven for about 20 mins, may want to place dish on cookie sheet so no spills haapen. Take out of oven and let rest for about 5 mins then enjoy.
