How to make it
- Over low heat, melt butter (I prefer to use a stainless pan on this rather than a non-stick pan. For some reason it tastes better)
- Add the corn nibblets.
- Just cook over low heat, until you see the corn somewhat a little toasted.
- Place on serving plate and top with lots of grated cheese.
- *This is best served in sizzling plates, so the cheese will melt and cook too.
