How to make it

  • Boil Hens in large pot; about 2 hours or until tender; cool and debone set aside
  • save hen stock
  • mix remaining ingredients together( except cornbread)
  • in x large container add cornbread, hen stock; and the remaining ingredients mix well
  • add hen pieces to mixture
  • bake in center of oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until set in center and brown.
