- 1 sweet tart crust shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 13/4 cups of low fat ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup light cream shopping list
- 2eggs shopping list
- grated rind of 1 orange shopping list
- 250g punnet of strawberries hulled and halved shopping list
- 125g punnet of blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 180 c or 160c for fan forced bake tart crust for 15 minutes then remove and set aside
- using an electric mixer beat ricotta ,cream ,sugar ,eggs and rind until smooth pour into pastry shell and bake for 30 minutes until set to the touch allow to cool on the bench then place in the fridge until cold
- just before serving arrange strawberries over tart then tumble over the bluberries
