Clam Chowder

- 2 diced potatoes shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup Chopped onion shopping list
- 2 Six ounce clams, drained (save juices for veggies) shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 quart half and half shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Put vegetables in pot.
- Drain Clams
- Put juice in pot with vegetables
- Add water so vegetables are covered
- Cook until tender
- Add clams, Half and Half, and seasonings
- Add flour to mixture to thicken.
- Cook over medium heat until thick (Do NOT boil)
- Stir soup to keep from burning on bottom.
