Autumn Carrots

- 1 lb. small carrots shopping list
- 1 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 4 green onions, green parts only, cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds shopping list
- 1 Tablesoon butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook washed and peeled carrots in a small amount of water, drain, and set aside.
- In medium skillet, saute onions in butter until soft.
- Add cranberries, onions, carrots, and almonds, then add mapoe syrup, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar and heat through.
- Add salt to taste and toss to serve.
- Serve 4.
