Easy, stovetop, no bake cookies with oatmeal, peanut butter and chocolate as the main flavors

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups quick rolled oats
  • 3 tbls cocoa
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Add sugar, butter and milk to stovetop. Boil 1 minute after hard boil is reached, remove from heat and stir in oats, cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla. Spoon onto waxed paper and let cool. Enjoy.
