Sweet Pepper Chicken Fajitas

- 2 tortilla, low-carb low-fat La Banderita soft taco shopping list
- 1/2 Cooked chicken breast shopping list
- 1 cup combined Red, Green, Yellow sweet bell peppers shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 3 oz monterey jack cheese, with jalapeno pepper - Publix shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup D.I. Jardines Fajita marinade shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in large skillet
- Chop onion, mince garlic, long slice peppers and saute in oil until vegetables are softened
- Add Chicken and marinade and toss well in skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes on low.
- place 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll it up.
