How to make it

  • Heat oil in large skillet
  • Chop onion, mince garlic, long slice peppers and saute in oil until vegetables are softened
  • Add Chicken and marinade and toss well in skillet.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes on low.
  • place 1/2 of the cheese and 1/2 of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll it up.
