How to make it

  • Melt butter, then apply butter with brush on turkey skin
  • Follow box instruction for stuffing then add stuffing into turkey
  • Stitch up all holes on turkey with 4" pins & string
  • Cook @ 350 for 90 min.
  • Flip, then @ 275 for 2 hrs - voila
  • Use 2 aluminum pans, wok stand, and round steam stand to hold up turkey in oven if turkey rack not available.
