EZ turkey dinner for thankgiving for 8 people.

Ingredients
  • turkey 11 lbs
  • butter 1 stick
  • Stove Top stuffing 2 boxes

Directions
  1. Melt butter, then apply butter with brush on turkey skin
  2. Follow box instruction for stuffing then add stuffing into turkey
  3. Stitch up all holes on turkey with 4" pins & string
  4. Cook @ 350 for 90 min.
  5. Flip, then @ 275 for 2 hrs - voila
  6. Use 2 aluminum pans, wok stand, and round steam stand to hold up turkey in oven if turkey rack not available.
