Caprese Burger

- 2 Pounds ground pork shopping list
- 1 Cup spinach and garlic Pesto shopping list
- Sun-dried tomato Mayo - see recipe at www.cookingwithcaitlin.com shopping list
- 8 rolls shopping list
- 3 Packs Fresh Bocaccini (Mozzarella) Balls shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients together and form 4 oz. burger patties.
- Stuff a lump of fresh mozzarella in the center of each patty.
- Grill 7-10 minutes, flip and then an additional 4-7 minutes.
- Place burger on a bun, smear sun-dried tomato mayo (see recipe at www.cookingwithcaitlin.com) on top of burger and serve.
