How to make it

  • Start 1st by makeing the crokets.
  • In a large mixing bowl mix all croket ingredients together to disierd consistancy. When all is well mixed use 2 spoons to form crokets in to small football like shapes and set aside on bakeing sheet.
  • Fill a Med. to Lg. stock pot about 1/2 or so with Vegi or canola oil
  • Set flame to med- hi till temp is at 350
  • Add the AP flower to a bowl of your likeing for dreging the fish claims and oysters.
  • lightly dreg the fish, claims and ousters set aside
  • carfily place crokets in oil cus. they will take a littel longer to cook.
  • next drop in the fish, claims and oysters
  • Fry till light golden brown
  • To finish garnish with lemon weges, micro greens and chives
