Frito Misto Depesci Recipe
This is a grait recipe from a good chef friend of mine. Give it a try and I hop you'll love it as much as I do.

Ingredients
  • 2 shrimp crokets
  • 2 pices fish skraps(bite sized any fish will do)
  • 2 claims(lightly dreged in AP flower)
  • 2 oysters(lightly dreged in AP flower)
  • Shrimp Crokets
  • 1c Minced shrimp
  • 1Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2Tbsp Minced shallots
  • 1/4c Graded parmigiano-reggiano
  • 1Tbsp Dijon musterd
  • Panko breading as needed
  • =parts of choped fresh Thyme and Parsly
  • 1 Egg yolk

Directions
  1. Start 1st by makeing the crokets.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix all croket ingredients together to disierd consistancy. When all is well mixed use 2 spoons to form crokets in to small football like shapes and set aside on bakeing sheet.
  3. Fill a Med. to Lg. stock pot about 1/2 or so with Vegi or canola oil
  4. Set flame to med- hi till temp is at 350
  5. Add the AP flower to a bowl of your likeing for dreging the fish claims and oysters.
  6. lightly dreg the fish, claims and ousters set aside
  7. carfily place crokets in oil cus. they will take a littel longer to cook.
  8. next drop in the fish, claims and oysters
  9. Fry till light golden brown
  10. To finish garnish with lemon weges, micro greens and chives
