4 Bean Salad Cider Vinegar Dressing

Best if let sit overnight or at least a few hours. I take leftovers to work for lunch. Add some cubed cheese and meat (pepperoni, turkey breast) and it's a meal.
Ingredients
- 1/4 C. cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley shopping list
- 1/3 C. veg. oil shopping list
- 1 can cut wax beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can cut green beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed shopping list
- 3/4 C. chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped sweet red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 C. sliced thin celery shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients in small bowl for the dressing. Set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and toss with dressing. Let sit room temp. 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
