Healthy Banana Bread

- 1/3 c. natural applesauce shopping list
- 3/4 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 2-3 bananas shopping list
- 1/3 c. water shopping list
- 1 2/3 c. wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix applesauce and sugar.
- Stir in eggs then bananas then water.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake 55-60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

I was skeptical about a whole wheat no fat recipe for banana bread as I tried one before and it was dry and bland but this is fantastic! Very moist and flavourful. Just what I have been looking for, Thank you!!!

Thought it was delicious! Very good, crushed some fresh walnuts and put it on top and cooked it. It was to die for! Hubby loves it!
