Sundried Tomato Toasts

- 1 baguette shopping list
- Sun dried tomatoes packed in oil (drained) shopping list
- garlic (4 to 6 cloves) shopping list
- 1 Cup butter shopping list
- Fresh or dried parsley (Fresh is better more taste). shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Slice Baguette into 1/3 inch rounds
- Place on a foil lined cookies sheet an bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes (keep an eye on these as they may brown fast depening on your oven).
- Flip them over and continue baking for approximately another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven
- While your are baking the baguette -
- Melt Butter in a sauce pan.
- Add Garlic and parsley to mixture.
- When toasts are ready place a Sun Dried Tomato on top of each toast (add two or more if your would like!!!)
- Spoon on butter mixture to each toast and top with parmesan cheese.
- Return to toasts to oven on broil and watch very closely. When cheese is melted remove from oven and cool on rack.
- Serve with glazed balsamic vinegar! They go quickly!!!!! You can double or triple this recipe very easily.
