Sundried Tomato Toasts Recipe

How to make it

  • Slice Baguette into 1/3 inch rounds
  • Place on a foil lined cookies sheet an bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes (keep an eye on these as they may brown fast depening on your oven).
  • Flip them over and continue baking for approximately another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven
  • While your are baking the baguette -
  • Melt Butter in a sauce pan.
  • Add Garlic and parsley to mixture.
  • When toasts are ready place a Sun Dried Tomato on top of each toast (add two or more if your would like!!!)
  • Spoon on butter mixture to each toast and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Return to toasts to oven on broil and watch very closely. When cheese is melted remove from oven and cool on rack.
  • Serve with glazed balsamic vinegar! They go quickly!!!!! You can double or triple this recipe very easily.
