How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, honey, olive oil, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, liquid smoke and cayenne pepper. Place steaks in shallow, non-porous dish and marinate, refrigerated for 24-48 hours. Heat grill med-high to high. Grill steaks 7-8 min per side.
