How to make it

  • Cut stew beef into bite sized pieces. Simmer approximately 45 minutes in water and rosemary, to taste. Water should be about 2" above beef. Add tomatoes and carrots and simmer 15 min; add potatoes, simmer 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add corn at last minute, just to heat. Remove approximately 2-3 cups of mixture and run it through processor. Add to stew. Mix cornstarch in cold water until pasty and add to stew. Heat and serve.
