Herb burgers

- 1 1/2lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) campbells condensed cream of mushroom or 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1/3 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 t. dried basil leaves, crushed or t T. chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1/2t.dried chives or 1 T chopped fresh chives shopping list
- 6 slices cheddar cheese shopping list
- 6 whole wheat rolls,split shopping list
How to make it
- Shape beef into 6 paties, 1/2 inch thick.
- Cook patties in shillet until browned. Pour off fat.
- Add soup, water,basil and chives,
- Heat to a boil.
- Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
- Top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
- Serve on rolls.
