Herb Burgers Recipe
This is a quick new taste to hamburgers.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) campbells condensed cream of mushroom or 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 t. dried basil leaves, crushed or t T. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2t.dried chives or 1 T chopped fresh chives
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 whole wheat rolls,split

Directions
  1. Shape beef into 6 paties, 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Cook patties in shillet until browned. Pour off fat.
  3. Add soup, water,basil and chives,
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done.
  6. Top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve on rolls.
