How to make it

  • Drain the black beans, and then rinse.
  • Saute garlic in EVOO.
  • Combine the beans, jalapenos, and chicken broth in your slow cooker.
  • Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and the pepper.
  • Add several tsp. of your favorite hot pepper sauce.
  • Cook on High for 4 hrs.
  • Reduce heat to Low, and continue cooking for 2 hrs, or until dinner is ready.
