These burger are fun to make and you can experiment to create your own "Superburgers".

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds hamburger meat
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 onion, diced fine
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced fine
  • 2 teaspoon seasoning salt or Old Bay
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients well, and then form into patties.
  2. Grill or fry, as you would regular, plain, old-fashioned hamburgers (but these will taste a lot better!).
  3. You can also use Teriyaki sauce in place of the Worcestershire and Soy.
