Zucchini Bread Recipe

this is a really good way to trick kids into eating their veggies..altho i cant quite remember if it makes 1 or 2 loaves

so i got this from my mom over the phone lots of my recipies r like this as for how to do all this (mixing i mean ) ill give it a shot
add all dry ingredients to a med bowl wisk together
then in another bowl the one u wanna mix in add all wet ingredients
add dry to wet slowly mix well
finaly add zucchini , raisens* and nuts* (*optional)
grease 9x5x3 loaf pan and fill with batter half way
bake in preheated oven on 350 for 1 hr
or tooth pick comes out clean but you all know that
