for all the moms who get wic and have lots of left over infant cereal flakes this is a great recipe i have several more like this and its a great way to save money ..my children enjoyed this very much

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c molasses < or honey substitute for children over 1 if u like>
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2c infant cereal
  • 3 tbs milk

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. spray cookie sheet
  3. cream molasses and butter
  4. mix in egg vanilla
  5. in a bowl combine flour baking soda and infant cereal
  6. add to butter and blend
  7. add milk and bake 10- 12 min
