Ingredients
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 c infant oatmeal cereal
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. in a large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and infant cereal
  2. add milk ,oil , and eggs stir only untill blended
  3. spoon batter into 8 greased or paper lined muffin cups
  4. bake at 425 for 20 min
  5. make 8 muffins
