Sauteed Prawns And Squid With Coconut Cream

- 400 grams prawns, with shell shopping list
- 400 grams fresh squid, sliced shopping list
- 20 grams ginger shopping list
- 6 tbsp. garlic, chopped shopping list
- 8 tbsp. onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp. curry powder shopping list
- red and green bell pepper (optional) shopping list
- 5 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1 can coconut cream shopping list
- salt and white pepper to taste shopping list
- basil shopping list
How to make it
- Put butter in a hot pan. Sute ginger, onion and garlic for about 5 minutes in low heat .
- Add in bell peper and curry powder.
- In high heat, add prawns and saute until it turns orange. And add in squid. Do not overcook.
- Pour in coconut cream and let it simmer for few minutes.
- Top with basil leaves and serve immediately.
