Sauteed Prawns And Squid With Coconut Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 400 grams prawns, with shell
  • 400 grams fresh squid, sliced
  • 20 grams ginger
  • 6 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 8 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. curry powder
  • red and green bell pepper (optional)
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • salt and white pepper to taste
  • basil

Directions
  1. Put butter in a hot pan. Sute ginger, onion and garlic for about 5 minutes in low heat .
  2. Add in bell peper and curry powder.
  3. In high heat, add prawns and saute until it turns orange. And add in squid. Do not overcook.
  4. Pour in coconut cream and let it simmer for few minutes.
  5. Top with basil leaves and serve immediately.
