How to make it

  • Put butter in a hot pan. Sute ginger, onion and garlic for about 5 minutes in low heat .
  • Add in bell peper and curry powder.
  • In high heat, add prawns and saute until it turns orange. And add in squid. Do not overcook.
  • Pour in coconut cream and let it simmer for few minutes.
  • Top with basil leaves and serve immediately.
