How to make it

  • Boil your udon noodles (7/8 minutes or until cooked)
  • Prep your veggies into a blend (how many veggies you add is up to you)
  • Cut your meat (or tofu) into small squares
  • Prepare your wok or deep pan with oil
  • Fry veggie and pork blend for 5 minutes or until meat is cooked (pork must be all white)
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • Fry together for about another minute or two
  • Add your drained udon noodles
  • Add 2 tables spoons of Mirin
  • And add at least 2 tablespoons of Tonkatsu sauce, if not more. (This is to taste.)
  • Serve with soy-sauce (to taste)
  • Enjoy!
