Chicken With Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 can whole berry cranberries

¾ cup orange juice

¼ tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. ginger

1 onion chopped

1 chicken cut up (can also use it with pork roast)

Directions

Cook chicken in seasoned flour in frying pan. (I personally skip this part)

Place in slow cooker or roasting pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and cook on stove to boiling point.

Pour mixture over chicken and cook for 2 hours.

Can use the same recipe with pork: partially roast the pork, place in roasting pan or slow cooker and pour mixture over and cook until roast is completely cooked.
