How to make it

  • In a small sauce pan, add olive oil and warm over medium heat. Add onions and stir.
  • When onions have softened, add garlic and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and add tomatoes and black olives and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add balsamic vinegar and continue to simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add aromatics and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes.
