How to make it

  • Pour the 2 cans of beans in a processor, slowly add the tomatoes. You will blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Saute onions and garlic(until you smell the garlic)
  • Add your salt and pepper(add pepper flakes for extra heat)
  • Add the bean mixture, last can of beans, your beef broth, pumpkin mixture, and sherry vinegar.
  • Blend this mixture completely.
  • Simmer this for around 25 min.
  • Right before serving, add ham, stirring completely.
