How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 175 F. grease muffin pan well.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients, all except for the chocolate chips together.
  • Then in a separate bowl, combine eggs and oil in a separate bowl. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients. last, add in the chips.
  • Pour the batter about 3/4 full into each muffin mold.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes. when done, take out and cool. serve warm.
