Ingredients

How to make it

  • bring a pot of water to a rolling boil. italians say that the water you cook your pasta in must taste like the sea.....sooo add salt, enough to make your water salty.
  • add your pasta and cook as suggested on packet
  • meanwhile, bring a nonstick pan to med-high heat, add the olive oil, add garlic and saute for a few seconds.
  • add the red onions and saute for another minute
  • add tuna, and saute
  • add peas, spinach and sun dried tomatoes, allow most of the liquid to evaporate
  • add the wine to deglaze the bottom of the pan.
  • to the alfredo sauce add a little bit of water, maybe 1/2 cup to thin out he sauce and add that to the pan. stir everything to mix well.
  • drain your pasta, wash it thouroughly(it will be very salty), add tot he sauce and mix to coat everything well.
  • add pepper and salt to taste, add the herbs and red pepper flakes
  • serve piping hot with some crusty bread.........yummy!
  • you can add more sauce if you like more sauce, just think it out a little bit
