  • trim fat frm chops...in skilllet cook tilll a small amount of fat accumulates:discard trimmings. brwn chops in accumulated fat... add 2tbsp water,1\2 tsp salt..cloves and bay leaf:cover n simmer for 30mn. remove chops from skillet:discard cloves n bay leaf. add cabbag. poe,apples,and onion to skillet. combine sugar,flour,and 1/2tsp salt. stir in vinegar n 2tbsp water.pour over cabbage,stirring to mix. return pork to skillet:cover and cook about 30more min. or till chops n cabbage are tender.
