Green Onion Prosciutto Crudo And Cream Cheese Appetizer Recipe

Ingredients

18 green onions

1 stick cream cheese

3 oz very thinly sliced prosciutto crudo (Raw) cut crosswise into 2-inch-wide strips (18 total)

Directions

Clean up green onions by washing, removing roots, outer skin and trimming tops

Coat bottom of onion with cream cheese. As thick or thin as you want. (I make mine coated fairly thick)

Wrap one strip prosciutto around onion and cream cheese

Chill and serve
