Great tasting hamburger patties for the barbeque.

Ingredients
  • 500 g beef mince
  • ¾ cup self-raising flour
  • 1 packet of chicken noodle soup
  • Dash curry powder
  • Small carrot, finely grated
  • ½ zucchini, finely grated
  • 1 onion, finely grated
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Breadcrumbs (dry, not fresh)

Directions
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. 2. Roll small balls of mixture in breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Cook on the BBQ, flatten with a spatula.
