How to make it

  • Place meat in Dutch oven with water to cover.
  • Bring to boiling: reduce heat.
  • Simmer, covered, 1 hour.
  • Cool; drain.
  • In same pan heat oil.
  • Brown meat on all sides.
  • Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; cook until tender.
  • Stir in Salsa and Tomatillos; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
  • Serve over hot rice or with flour torillas.
