How to make it

  • For 4 servings:
  • By what ever process your choice:
  • 4 Tablespoons of fresh ground coffee beans
  • 3 Cups of Rain Water(or) Snow Water
  • When brewed,add 1 ounce of 120% Henessey Cognac,and two level teaspoons of honey to your average cup of freshly brewed coffee.
  • Note: The softer the water,the better,it breaks down the coffee,letting the aroma and taste come through,plus destroys bad tasting coffee oil.
  • Rain,Snow,or if you do not wish to make coffee with these waters,then artificially softened water is fine
