Tuna Pasta Chip Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

3 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups potato chips

2 cans of tuna

1/3 cup olive oil

salt

pepper

paprika

1 medium onion

parsley flakes

Directions

cook the pasta as the package directions indicate

crush the potato chips

finely chop the onion

In a baking pan combine the pasta with all the other ingredients except paprika and parsley

Sprinkle the paprika an parsley on top

bake at 375*F for about 40 minutes

try it with a bag of frozen peas stirred in -- also try spreading a thin layer of the crushed chips on the bottom & top of the dish -- top it all off with some grated parmesan a couple minutes before removing from oven
