- Filo dough or pie crust shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- one container of ricotta 15 oz shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup of parmesean cheese (grated) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix filling ingredients together. If using filo dough, take one sheet and bursh melted butter on it. Repeat with one or two layers.
- If using pie crust, roll out till thin and cut in about three inch squares.
- Cut filo into three inch squares also. Put a teaspoon of filling on one side and fold over. Crimp edges of pie crust. Filo should sitck together. Put on an ungreased cookie sheet with parchment paper on it. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or till golden brown.
- Let cool a little as filling will be quite hot.
