Quick Potato Soup

This dish is fast and easy when you don't feel like cooking..my son loves this when he is sick.
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes,shedded with skins left on. shopping list
- 1 small onion finely chopped. shopping list
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes. shopping list
- 2 celery sticks or celery salt or celery seeds. shopping list
- 2 cups of water . shopping list
- 1 cup of milk. shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
- 1 large bag of sharp chedder cheese. shopping list
- 1 Tbsp of butter. shopping list
How to make it
- In a large pot,add potatoes,onion,celery,cubes,water and bring to a boil..boil untill potatoes are done..when potatoes are tender add milk and cheese and simmer..and a dab of butter and enjoy!
