How to make it

  • In a teflon wok, put in oil
  • add in the chicken cubes, stir until chicken turns golden brown
  • mix in the garlic
  • add in soy sauce and stir
  • add in worcestershire sauce (add more depening on your preference)
  • drain water from cauliflower
  • add in cauliflower
  • cover the wok and let the cauilfower soften a little in its own steam
  • when soft, add salt and pepper to taste.
