Cauliflower And Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, sliced into bite sizes, soak in water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a teflon wok, put in oil
  2. add in the chicken cubes, stir until chicken turns golden brown
  3. mix in the garlic
  4. add in soy sauce and stir
  5. add in worcestershire sauce (add more depening on your preference)
  6. drain water from cauliflower
  7. add in cauliflower
  8. cover the wok and let the cauilfower soften a little in its own steam
  9. when soft, add salt and pepper to taste.
