Sauce For All Meats

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 small onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 can of large artichoke hearts, chopped shopping list
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- splash of dry white wine (optional) shopping list
- salt shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
- feta cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a heavy skillet
- Saute onion and garlic until transparent.
- Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes, parsley, oregano and white wine
- Salt and pepper; to taste
- Cook slowly
- stirring occasionally 15 minutes or until it reach a consistency you desire
- Then add feta cheese; I am a cheeseoholic, I put in 3/4 cup.
- Warm feta for 2-3 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Top your favorite piece of meat
