The perfect sauce for your porkchops, chicken, salmon, sirloins, you name it. This sauce is the taste that will complete your jpiece of meat with flavors that will wake up your taste buds.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can of large artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • splash of dry white wine (optional)
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Feta cheese

Directions
  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet
  2. Saute onion and garlic until transparent.
  3. Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes, parsley, oregano and white wine
  4. Salt and pepper; to taste
  5. Cook slowly
  6. stirring occasionally 15 minutes or until it reach a consistency you desire
  7. Then add feta cheese; I am a cheeseoholic, I put in 3/4 cup.
  8. Warm feta for 2-3 minutes
  9. Remove from heat
  10. Top your favorite piece of meat
