How to make it

  • The Garlic, Ginger & Chilli into long thin strips
  • Cut Tomatoes into long Slices
  • Cut the Capsicum into long slices (make sure to remove the seeds from the capsicum)
  • Put Oil in a frying Pan
  • Add the Chili, Garlic & Ginger
  • After the garlic turns golden
  • Add Tomato and Capsicum
  • Mix well
  • Add Vinegar and Salt
  • Mix well
  • Cover the Pan
  • Check after 5 minutes if the Capsicum is tender then the dish is done...
