How to make it

  • Cute potatoes into slices 2-3cm thick. Season with salt and roll generously in cornmeal and garlic. Place onto a greased baking tray and sprinkle with oil. Bake in preheated 180 d C oven until cooked, light golden in colour and crispy. Sprinkle with shallots.
