my kids loved this and the best part was it was super easy!

Ingredients
  • Captain Crunch
  • honey mustard ( I used Ken's Steakhouse )
  • chicken breast

Directions
  1. crunch up captain crunch ( you will use this to bread chicken )
  2. coat chicken breast with honey mustard
  3. coat with crunched up captain crunch cereal
  4. fry on each side till you see a good crisp on chicken
  5. ( I fried mine using bacon oil )
  6. finish by bakink it in oven at 350 till done
  7. of course I lined my pan with foil for less mess
  8. ENJOY!
