How to make it

  • Prepare linguine according to package directions in 3 quart saucepan.
  • Add broccoli during last 4 minutes of cooking time.
  • Drain linguine and broccoli well in colander.
  • Heat butt in 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.
  • Stir soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture into skillet.
  • Cook until mixture is hot and bubbling.
  • Serve with additional parmesan cheese.
  • ***Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo:
  • Substitute grilled chicken breasts, cut into chunks, for the skinless, boneless chicken.
  • ***Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo:
  • Substitute 1 lb. fresh extra large shrimp, shelled and deveined, for the chicken. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
