Directions
  1. Wash Jerusalem artichokes well. There is no need to peel them.
  2. Coat a roasting pan with olive oil.
  3. Role the chokes in it. Bake in a 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes.
  4. The cooking time varies depending on the oven temperature and the artichoke size.
