How to make it
- Wash Jerusalem artichokes well. There is no need to peel them.
- Coat a roasting pan with olive oil.
- Role the chokes in it. Bake in a 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes.
- The cooking time varies depending on the oven temperature and the artichoke size.
