How to make it

  • Use your food processor separately for each ingredient and mix in a bowl as you go along. People are different in their tastes of coleslaw consistency, but I basically pulverize my ingredients to 1/4 inch size. Some peopel prefer chunkier or stringier slaws.
  • Chop cabbage and put in your bowl.
  • Chop carrots to same size and consistency and add to cabbage.
  • Chop onion to same size and consistency and mix with cabbage and carrots.
  • Chop nuts and add to mixture.
  • Add your barbecue sauce and mustard and mix everything together. This will be to taste. Some people like less mustard or barbecue sauce.
  • Add all of your spices & salt & pepper and mix thouroughly.
