This dish gives you a new way to eat spinach, goes well with rice and chicken

Ingredients
  • half yellow onion
  • 1 bag of spinach
  • lemon pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • vegetable oil
  • tablespoon of butter

Directions
  1. cut up onion into bite size pieces
  2. add tablespoon of butter to hot frying pan and let it melt
  3. add onions sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. let come until they reach a nice golden brown color
  5. then add the bag of spinach
  6. add lemon pepper and basil
  7. add additional salt and pepper to taste
